A candidate got an asterisk (*) for listening instead of a score. He/she completed the test. Why hasn't he/she received a score?
If a candidate does not answer some or any listening questions (skips them) or if he/she answers them all incorrectly then the score on the Supervisor mode and the group reports will be shown as an asterisk. In an individual report it will show as a zero. An asterisk means that there was not enough data to allocate a score. If an asterisk is present, the overall score will be zero, regardless of what score the candidate achieved in other parts of the test.
