A candidate would like a different name from the one he/she entered in the candidate registration form to be printed on the report. How can we do this?
Before the test starts you need to instruct the candidates to write their names carefully and exactly as they would like it to appear on the reports. It is not possible to change this information once you have completed the registration page and proceeded with the test.
