I cannot see candidates' results on the Supervisor screen.
This indicates that some mistake was made during the installation of BULATS. You should verify your installation to ensure that the candidates' results will be written to the correct subdata folder and the supervisor will collect all the results at the end of each session. Checking the ini file is the easiest way to ensure that the installation was done correctly.
Bulats software creates an ini file (e.g. Bulats5.ini) in Windows (or Winnt for Window NT/2000) folder in the local hard disk. The ini file stores all the information about the locations of the target folders and files and BULATS refers to it before a test starts.
Check the Database line in Bulats5.ini file on the Bulats supervisor and client PCs.
The Database line should be similar to the ones below;
On Supervisor PC; Database=F:\BULATS5\DATA
On Client PC Database=F:\BULATS5\DATA\Netdata1
where F is the mapped drive and BULATS5 is the folder where the CD image is stored during the Server installation.
Check all the Bulats5.ini files on each client and the supervisor PC and ensure none of them have been mapped incorrectly. If the Database is mapped to the local hard drive or elsewhere please re-install BULATS on that specific client PC.
