Uninstallation processes can differ. This depends on the version of BULATS you want to uninstall. If you want to uninstall BULATS v1.2 (English, French, German and Spanish), you need to manually remove files on all workstations. In addition to the above, the uninstallation from each workstation may also differ; this depends on your operating system. On some operating systems, the program will be listed in the Add/Remove programs facility and Windows can remove it automatically. However, if the program is not on this list then find the program source file ***.msi e.g. (Bul31eng.msi) and double click on it as if you are about to start an installation. The installer will detect that the program already exists and will offer you three options; one of these is the ‘Remove' option. Select this option and follow the on-screen instructions. The installation file (***.msi) can be found on the CD, a hard drive or on a network server. The location of the file is determined by the initial installation; standalone (typical or custom) or network. The installation (source) file needs to be relevant to the program version and the test language.
