Benchmarking

BULATS can be used to benchmark the language levels a company or organisation requires its employees to have, depending on, for example, geographical region, or sector, or job type. It can also provide information about language training needs. A report can be created which highlights language levels.

Externally, benchmarking can provide key information so an organisation can find its position within an industry or sector, both nationally or regionally. This can enable an organisation to review processes and set goals to remain competitive.

Internally, benchmarking can provide comparisons for recruitment, auditing, training and career development.
